Dear DHA Valley investors, Zameen.com has taken some latest images of development work going on at different sites in DHA Valley. These images will help you get an idea of the pace of work at the project site, which remained stalled for quite some time in the past. As per our sources, the construction work in the Valley is mostly taking place on the approach roads including DHA Expressway, DHA Valley Main Boulevard and the Expressway bridge.

By looking at pictures it shows that very little activities are on going & few equipments are deployed.
Why did not taken snaps of DHA Homes . You didnot mention about the progess of these homes and status of rawat Access road ?? Please reply.

Yes Amer, development in DHA Valley is slow but it has finally resumed, which is a very good sign. The construction work on Rawat Access Road is also going on.
DHA Homes pictures will be available soon. Since many DHA Homes are ready and this post was meant to offer our readers a glimpse of the construction activity in DHA Valley, the pictures of Homes weren’t taken but we will sure get some for you, please stay tuned for that.
As per your statment ‘work at DHA valley finally resumed ‘ please enlighten when did it stop? i mean in OCT 2014 or in nov 2014.

Respected Madam I want to buy a house in DHA homes near Rawat st main road a corner,but someone told me that there will be a re balloting & it may be changed after that. U will or may be given any other house at rear or in smaller lanes. Is it so? Ur advice please
