Speaking at the occasion, Minister Rasheed said that handing over possession of property to 9,000 LDA City file owners as per the directives of Supreme Court is his first priority. Doing so appeared dubious one year ago but the project is heading in the right direction, added the minister.
LDA also informed the briefing members that over 90% land for the project has been acquired, while work to acquire the remaining 570 kanals is underway.
