Karachi: The Bahria Town (BT) management has announced July 10 as the last date for the phase-one of bookings for its low-cost Bahria Greens housing scheme, according to a report published in a major newspaper on July 5.
The limited number of plots on offer are available in size of 75 sq yds. The Bahria Greens booking fees is PKR 295,000 and interested parties can download the booking from the society’s official website. The society offers possession in three years and the payment plan is extended to four years.
For the overseas citizens, the society management has introduced a designated Overseas Block, which will be a gated community with a private club and other world-class facilities. Interested and eligible people can download the booking form and submit it with the copy of their passport or international work permit at the overseas offices.
The Bahria Greens project is also offering housing finance for construction on these plots with easy instalments. The project proclaims itself to be Karachi’s best residential community with all the best infrastructure and lifestyle amenities.
