Imran hoped that the land-use rules would boost business activity in all the four districts of the Lahore Division. He added that under the new rules, on 60-foot wide road, a project could be developed over an area of 24 kanals or more where commercial plazas could be constructed.
The rules also allow commercial outlets to buy additional land in the adjoining areas for the expansion of their businesses.
