As per the sources, the commissioner took notice of the slow pace of digitization of land records and issued instructions for the task to be completed before the established deadline. So far, 84% of the records of mouzas (villages) have been computerised. The digitization of Girdawari (crop inspection record) also needs to be completed.

An unnamed senior district administration official also stated that the speed of digitization was slow due to the incomplete computerization of new housing societies located in several mouzas. It was highlighted that the government wanted to digitize the land records to eliminate the hassle of visiting the office for the public.
