Reportedly, the PM announced that the federal government was resolved to curb land grabbing in the country in addition to improving overall public service delivery. This new category will facilitate the public to file their grievances regarding land grabbing and also blow the whistle on state land being illegally occupied. It was highlighted that complaints of overseas Pakistanis will be looked into on a priority basis.
Moreover, the prime minister has also ordered the launch of strict legal action as per law at various administrative tiers on provincial and federal levels. This development will also unveil the grey administrative areas regarding the issue. With the results generated from this category, the government will be able to get analytics for policy formulation, evaluate the performance, the efficiency of the officials and hold them responsible in case of negligence.
