Lahore: The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has received technical bids from five competing companies for the development of two large-scale fun lands in Lahore’s premier parks, as reported on August 22.

As per details, the fun lands will be installed in Greater Iqbal Park and Jilani Park, marking a major upgrade to Lahore’s leisure facilities. The lease for the land in Greater Iqbal Park is set at PKR 30 million annually, while the lease for Jilani Park is PKR 12 million per year. The fun land in Jilani Park will span 10 kanals, and the Greater Iqbal Park location will cover approximately 75,850 square feet. PHA officials have set a completion deadline of 120 days for the selected company. According to Hassan Ahmed, PHA’s Director of Coordination, the new attractions will feature a variety of activities including trampolining, rope courses, wall climbing, and immersive indoor 5D gaming experiences.

Additionally, the fun lands will offer an online booking system for rides, streamlining visitor access. Ticket pricing will be determined by a joint committee to ensure affordability and fairness for all guests.
