Lahore: Young Doctors Association (YDA) has directed an intra-court appeal (ICA) in Lahore High Court (LHC) against the acquisition of 2 kanals and 11 marlas of the Lady Willingdon Hospital’s land. A division bench of the LHC will hear the ICA next week.
In this regard, the plaintiff’s counsel has stated in the court that the demolition of any part of the hospital would be against the provisions of Antiquities Act 1975, Walled City Act 2012 and Punjab Special Premises (Preservation) Ordinance 1985.
