Lahore: The Punjab government on Thursday announced its decision to construct 35,000 apartments under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) for salaried individuals in the city, a news source reported. To obtain approval for these NPHP apartments for salaried individuals, the authorities concerned will brief Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar next week.

On the other hand, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has prepared the PC-I for its LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments projects. The authority’s governing body will provide the approval for the PC-I. Under this project, LDA plans to construct more than 35,000 apartments in the city.
Under the supervision of LDA Vice Chairman S M Imran, the authority has begun the development work on the project after the governing body provided the approval of its layout plan and PC-II in the previous session. LDA expects to complete the project within three years.

According to details, after obtaining the approval for the PC-I, LDA will decide the cost of LDA City apartments.
it is good to provide 35000 apartments for the salaried persons but how about the retirees who do not own a house or a plot to build their own house though they are in a position to pay a reasonable amount of installments instead of the rental amount.
It’s good but what about those who are interested but not gov employees ?
I am Pakistani, residents of Dubai. I am intressted to have 2 or 3 bedroom flat NPHP or any other project Lahore.
It is better for every poar family butt if diliverd to poar family
