During a visit to Nishtar Zone and Data Ganj Bakhsh Zone on Thursday, Commissioner Masood, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Syed Musa Raza, MCL Chief Officer Shahid Abbas Kathia, and ADC Finance Mudassar Nawaz, inspected finalised project sites. He highlighted introducing e-tendering and MIS systems to ensure quality and transparency. Deputy Commissioner Raza added that merit-based construction practices and efforts to restore the city’s beauty are integral to the plan.
