Lahore – LDA (Lahore Development Authority) has introduced revised SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the transfer of plots in LDA Scheme. This initiative has been taken for providing safeguard to the people against any incidents of fraud and curb property files tempering.
Now the sellers will be required to attach six different documents with the application of plot transfer. These documents will include NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by LDA, attested copies of the ID Cards of buyer and seller, attested copy of transfer letter, attested photographs, three signatures and thumb impressions and a transfer set consisting of two affidavits, attested by Notary Public.
