Haripur: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA)’s registration campaign for businesses continued in Hazara to bring them under the tax net, according to news published on May 16.

As per the details, the authority started a registration drive in the Haripur district, where the authority officials visited businesses in Khanpur and Haripur city. It was informed that mobile registration camps were established for the provision of on-spot registration services and to facilitate unregistered service providers.
Moreover, the KPRA deputy collector registration and other officials were present at the camp to assist the businesses and resolve issues related to the sales tax on services. According to sources, the team established a camp at the Nathiagali Bazaar on Friday (May 13).

The deputy collector stated that under the KP Finance Act, 2013, every service provider must register their business tax compliance by registering it with KPRA. To facilitate businesses, the team also offered a registration facility on the doorstep.
