Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has officially introduced an innovative online platform ‘GoBiz Connect’ aimed at fostering enhanced communication and collaboration between government departments and the business community, according to news published on November 2.

This initiative is expected to stimulate trade and commercial activities within the province. The launch event took place at the Chief Minister’s House, and it was graced by the presence of Caretaker Chief Minister Mohammad Azam Khan as the chief guest.
GoBiz Connect is anticipated to serve as a robust platform, facilitating increased business activities and economic growth by enhancing cooperation and coordination between the private and public sectors within the province. Additionally, it will function as an effective tool for monitoring and tracking government decisions pertaining to the resolution of issues and complaints from the business community. It will also play a pivotal role in considering proposals from the business community when shaping government policy decisions related to business.

Caretaker Chief Minister Mohammad Azam Khan commended the efforts of the KP IT Board and donor agencies in bringing this initiative to fruition. He emphasized the instrumental role this platform will play in promoting business activities in the region by involving the business community directly in government policies regarding business and investment opportunities
