The official survey will begin on September 15 (today) and assess the damage done to each house, the number of houses impacted, and the number of people affected by the flood. Following the survey, the government will compile and analyse the data to determine the level of damage and plan rehabilitation mechanisms. According to reports, the government has agreed to pay house owners with cash, which would be disbursed through the Bank of Khyber (BoK). In this regard, the IT Board has begun staff training.
