Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan on Thursday officially launched the Electronic Property Management System of Local Government (LG), according to news sources.

As per reports, the e-property management system will ensure efficient monitoring of departmental (and subordinate formations like town municipal administrations and development authorities) commercial properties.
The system also enables users with access to online auction of commercial properties. Mahmood declared the system as ‘first of its kind’ to be introduced across the county. He said that the launch of the system adds to the goals of provincial e-governance system. He also said that online auction of properties will be more efficient and transparent, and will also generate additional revenue for the department.

The chief minister lauded the LG department for the innovative e-property management system and said that enhancement of the capacity of the government departments is one of the priorities for the government.
