Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority has issued a travel advisory ahead of the monsoon season, cautioning tourists against non-essential travel starting from July. The advisory was released by the authority on June 24.

According to the details, the advisory highlights potential weather hazards in the region, including thunderstorms and heavy rains in hilly areas, and dusty winds, thunderstorms, and floods in lowlands. Tourists are strongly advised to postpone unnecessary trips to ensure their safety amid unpredictable weather conditions. Additionally, they are encouraged to take precautionary measures such as filling up their fuel tanks and carrying snacks. The authority emphasizes responsible and eco-friendly tourism practices during this period. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Kite Project Helpline (1422) has been established for providing information, guidance, and emergency assistance to travelers.
