Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KP-CTA) – under the aegis of Sports, Tourism, Archaeology, Culture, Museums and Youth Affairs Department – has collaborated with the Frontier 4×4 Club to organise the Indus Water Cross Jeep Race on February 5 (Kashmir Day) at Hund Point, according to a news source.

The Indus Water Cross Jeep Race is being held on Kashmir day as a show of solidarity with Kashmiris in the Indian-Occupied Kashmir (IOK). Over 50 drivers/racers of 4×4 jeeps from all provinces will be showcasing their skills during the event. Three women drivers will participate in the rally.

The race will take place on a track made of stones and rocks over the Indus River. The emergency relief service Rescue 1122 will be holding boat parade and an archery competition will also be held during the event.
