Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has officially launched the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” (Reform or Punishment) mobile app, designed to empower citizens to communicate their concerns directly to the government, as reported on September 20.

As per details, under the slogan “Power to the People,” this app allows residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as overseas Pakistanis, to report issues related to healthcare, education, law and order, land revenue, corruption, and development projects.
The app promises quick responses to public complaints, real-time monitoring by relevant departments, and direct feedback from users. This initiative aims to keep the Chief Minister in touch with the people’s sentiments, enhancing governance and accountability across all sectors.
