Furthermore, CM Mahmood ordered the establishment of an E-summary system to help the government function more efficiently and in a paperless manner. According to the specifications, the E-governance system would be implemented in three phases, with the first phase beginning in June 2022 and the last phase concluding in 2023. The government will use the updated system to deliver e-services for the 38-40 departments, such as the issuing of domicile certificates, identity cards, birth certificates, Form-B, arms licence, driving licence, and land registration and mutation.
