Kohat: Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohat Shah Nawaz recently announced that the process for procuring land for five Rescue 1122 stations in the district was underway, a news source reported. The government, in collaboration with the emergency service’s administration, is trying to open up at least five service stations in Kohat.

The administration of Rescue 1122 issued a statement saying that their aim was to be able to provide emergency help and services to everyone at their doorstep. Emergency Officer Ishfaq Hussain expressed the team’s gratitude for the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and other local body officials for their cooperation and efforts in helping them achieve this goal.

According to a statement issued recently, the Deputy Commissioner was working hard to procure land as soon as possible. There have been several delays in the process of achieving this aim for the past two years due to unforeseen circumstances. The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is also taking initiatives to introduce the Rescue 1122 service in the province’s tribal districts.
