Mayor Wahab stressed that Karachi’s municipal administration is currently grappling with substantial challenges related to water and sewage. He underlined that installing RO plants is the most effective solution to address the water shortage issue, as it would provide clean water to the citizens and ensure a consistent water supply. Furthermore, the installation of RO plants is expected to provide clean drinking water to the residents of Karachi’s slum areas.
