Deadline shared for submission of balloting charges for Kings Town’s Executive Block

Lahore: Al Kabir Developers have announced the deadline for submission ballot charges for the Kings Town Phase II’s Executive Block, according to a post shared on the project’s official social media page. The ballot charges are due for residential plots of measuring 8, 10-marla and 1-kanal.

The last date for submission of the balloting fee for the residential plots in Kings Town Phase II’s Executive Block is April 20 (Thursday). The esteemed members are asked to submit their remaining instalments and balloting charges until April 20. The defaulting members will not be included in the ballot.

The balloting fee is being charged as follows:
• PKR 800,000 for 8-marla plots

• PKR 900,000 for 10-marla plots

• PKR 1,200,000 for 1-kanal plots
The developer also reiterated its commitment to providing the best facilities to the members of the project.
