Lahore: Al Kabir Developers have announced an extension in the submission of balloting charges for 3 and 5-marla residential plots in Kings Town Phase 1 Overseas A, according to an advert published on the developer’s official Facebook page on May 16.
It was announced that the deadline for submission of the balloting charges for 3 and 5-marla residential plots in the project has been extended from May 15 to June 01 (Thursday). All members are advised to submit pending instalments and become part of the balloting. The defaulting members will not be able to participate in the upcoming ballot of the residential plots.
Through the same post, Al Kabir Developers revealed that the balloting fee for 3-marla and 5-marla plots in Kings Town Phase-I Overseas A is PKR 350,000 and PKR 650,000, respectively.
