Lahore: Zameen.com has acquired the exclusive sales and marketing rights for the first residential project from Khushab – called the ‘Model City Housing Scheme’ – which spans 351 kanals and is located on the Khushab-Sargodha Road.
Most of the project’s inventory has been sold out – with a limited number of residential units left for purchase. Interested buyers can buy these residential plots, which come available in measurements between 4 and 15 marlas, on a three-year instalment plan.

Buying a plot in Model City through Zameen.com comes with certain perks, which include a 10% and 5% discount offer available on 100% and 50% upfront payments respectively. As per the payment plan, buyers who would book a unit in developed blocks will be required to clear the dues in two year while for units booked in blocks where development work is underway, the payment plan extends to three years.
