Reportedly, KCA Vice Chairman Naeem Kazmi revealed that the funds for infrastructure development and repair works were not being released in the province, which has left the contractors unable to finish their assigned work on schedule. He also disclosed that CAP and KCA jointly held a seminar last week in the city on the problems of the construction industry and the economic crisis due to the lack of funds.
