Rawalpindi: Development work on Khanpur Dam Phase III has been completed by 96 %, as per a briefing given to the members of Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB), reported a news source. The meeting in this regard was held in the RCB office where the RCB Vice President Malik Muneer Ahmed and all other members of the board were present.
The meeting was told that the construction of overhead and underground water tanks having space for 200,000 gallons each and a combined water tank that will store 500,000 gallons has been completed. The overall status of the project is 96% complete.
During the same meeting, the executive officers of the RCB also inquired about the problems faced by each ward from its respective members and issued related orders on the spot.
