These housing schemes will target low-income families and will be located in Surjani Town, Korangi, KDA Scheme I, and Federal B Area Block I. Mandhro stated that these societies would offer both flats and plots measuring 80 square yards, 120 square yards, 200 square yards, and 240 square yards. This is a landmark development as these will be the first societies developed by KDA in over 20 years, he added.
