Karachi: Sindh Government Additional Chief Secretary Manzoor Ali Sheikh urged the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Director General (DG) to promptly implement a complaint management system to ensure public convenience, reported by a news source on September 13.

According to the details, in a recent meeting with a delegation from the Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Sheikh stressed the efficient use of available resources emphasizing the importance of transforming KDA into a financially stable institution. He mandated real-time updates of land records, tenders, and auction details on the authority’s website.

Additionally, Additional Chief Secretary Sheikh called for a focus on increasing revenue and recovery, warning non-compliant officials of necessary consequences. He also issued directives for the implementation of an enterprise resource planning system to enhance IT infrastructure functionality.
