Karachi: The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has issued a statement informing residents that documents pertaining to land and other property matters would be available in the land department office located on the third floor of the Civic Centre, news sources reported.

The notification was issued upon the directions of the KDA Director General (DG) Mr Nasir Abbas Soomro to facilitate the citizens and avoid unnecessary human interactions.
According to the details released, the citizens will be able to get the documents such as allotment order, lease transfer, mutation, registered deed, acquisition lease deed, permission to mortgage, and certified true copy directly from the department. Furthermore, allottees and buyers can receive forms 0 to 7 from the cash branch ground floor civic centre by providing a copy of their National Identity card (NIC).

Similarly, the allottees can submit the documents related to their cases on the ground floor counter.
Furthermore, the notification also directed the citizens to lodge their complaints against the officials on the third floor so that timely action could be taken to resolve the matter.
