Karachi: The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has announced an open public auction for flat, shops and offices in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Surjani Town & Korangi Civic Center-I — with the units having been constructed under the authority’s Public Housing Scheme (PHS), according to news sources. As per the publication, the auction is scheduled between February 25-27 at Seminar Hall, Civic Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

The details of the properties being auctioned off are as follows:
- Flat no B-11 in Gulshan Terrace in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, encompassing an area of 872 sq ft (Reserved Price: PKR 5,232,000)
- 30 shops in KDA Market Surjani Retreat, encompassing an area of 263.93 to 281.44 sq ft each (Reserved Price: PKR 2,375,370 to PKR 2,532,960)
- 30 shops in KDA Market Surjani View, encompassing an area of 249 to 271 sq ft each (Reserved Price: PKR 2,241,000 to PKR 2,439,000)
- Shop no 87 in Korangi Civic Centre-I, encompassing an area of 160 sq ft (Reserved Price: PKR 720,000)
- 12 office units in Korangi Civic Center-I, encompassing an area of KR 1,400 sq ft to 2,848 sq ft each (Reserved Price: PKR 1,422,000 to PKR 2,848,000)

These units are to be auctioned off on the terms & conditions of allotment that can be obtained from the office of the Director Marketing PHS (KDA).
