Karachi: Karachi Administrator Dr Syed Saif-ur-Rehman stated Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI) is working to resolve the issues faced by industrialists, a news source reported on February 17.

The administrator stated this during his visit to the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI). He highlighted that industrialists and businessmen are the backbone of the country. He went on to say that SM Muneer Road will be made an ideal road. The administration also mentioned that there is a need for the construction and repair of roads leading to the Korangi Industrial Zone.

Moreover, it was highlighted that the government can generate billions of rupees in tax Korangi Industrial Area. The administrator mentioned that a unique approach needs to be adopted to improve Shahrah-e-Faisal. It was revealed that all the intersections of the city are going to be made greener and more beautiful. An official (whose name was not disclosed) mentioned that the industrials are willing to work with Karachi Municipality for the improvement of Karachi, especially Korangi.
