Narowal: The authorities concerned have completed more than 13% of the construction work pertaining to Kartarpur Corridor phase I – a news source reported. The project is expected to be completed by August.

Noorul Haq Qadri, the religious affairs minister, said that a 3.4km road, residential rooms, and a public kitchen will also be constructed.
The minister reviewed the development work on the site. Sikh leader Sardar Bashan Singh and ETPB Secretary Tariq Wazir were also present. Qadri informed that preparations regarding the 550th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak were currently underway.

He said that collectibles like a commemorative note, a coin or a ticket will be issued on the occasion – after consultation with the Sikh community.
