Karachi: NED University and Global Soccer Venture (GSV) on Wednesday (January 5) has signed a 10-year agreement, worth USD 112 million, for establishing Pakistan’s first soccer stadium in Karachi, according to news sources.

As per the details, the first-of-its-kind soccer stadium was designed by German engineering to develop a series of football infrastructure projects in the country. The stadium will provide FIFA international playing conditions along with an exceptional experience for both players and fans. It will also open new marketing and technology opportunities for brands.

Moreover, former English footballer and Ambassador Pakistan Football League Michael Owen stated that this investment will become the future of football development and bring international opportunities. Reportedly, a detailed press conference and the first-soccer city stadium will be revealed at the end of the month by football player Owen. At the conference, the very first images and 3D virtual video of the stadium will be unveiled.
