The Rangers-led operation greatly improved the law and order in Karachi in 2015, which impacted the property sector of the city by the sea in many positive ways. Prices in major localities increased manifold. The only exception to this was Bahria Town Karachi, which failed to impress investors.
This prosperity was not limited to just Karachi, as Lahore and Islamabad also witnessed growth in property values throughout the year.
