It has invented a surveillance drone to identify problems, gather data, and transmit this information to the company’s control centre. This technological application is geared towards identifying issues that need to be fixed on a timely basis.
Users upload a map of a particular area to the device which then proceeds to conduct a survey, identify damages, and reports them to the control centre. Officials at the centre then assess the situation by analysing images captured by the surveillance system.

Abdul Basit Paracha, co-founder of Fly Green, says that the drone technology would prove to be of great help to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), Sindh Solid Waste Management Board (SSWMB), and other government departments.
The technology is also programmed to monitor trees planted on footpaths. On detecting any instances of environmental degradation, the drone will alert the control centre. It is also capable of identifying the differences between artificial and natural plants. Moreover, the Ministry of Climate Change can utilise the data to address other environmental concerns.
