Islamabad: Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said on Wednesday that the government has allocated funds worth PKR 25 billion (out of PKR 100 billion) for females – under the Kamyab Jawan Programme (KJP), according to news sources.

While addressing a ceremony in connection with the KJP, Dar revealed that at least 1,000 young women have been given funds of PKR 500 million, and they have even initiated their work.
He said that an overall PKR 1.3 billion has been disbursed among the qualified youths of Pakistan under the said initiative. Moreover, he also announced that the qualified youth will be given financial education as well, in addition to the technical education and skill development.

Furthermore, the SAPM said that the federal government was currently working on the ease-of-doing-business in the country and is likely to reduce taxes within three months.
