Sialkot: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (PM) on Youth Affairs Usman Dar launched the Kamyab Jawan Programme in Sialkot, a news source reported. The project was launched during a special ceremony held at the Government Women University (GCWU), Sialkot.

Speaking on the occasion, Dar stated that the government had ensured 100% transparency in the issuance of soft loans to the youth under this programme. He added that the initiative would help provide employment opportunities to 68% of the population of Pakistan.
Dar revealed that the government had allocated PKR 100 billion under the Kamyab Jawan Programme for the purpose of issuing soft loans to the country’s youth purely on merit basis. He added that out of this amount, PKR 25 billion would be issued in the form of loans to businesswomen.

Later, during a media briefing, Dar stated that the incumbent government was fulfilling its promises made to the public, along with providing all the basic facilities to them at the doorsteps for improving their living standards.
