Karachi: K-Electric (KE) has launched a mobile app to bring convenience to its customers, as per a recent press release. This app will allow consumers to register complaints, find their nearest customer care centres, and view their billing history. Its additional features include the ability to report power theft and attain live power-status updates.
Consumers can download this app from KE web portal, Google Play Store, and the Apple Store. Once they install the app, they are only required to sign up with their relevant details. After gaining account clearance, they can access their billing history, download duplicate bills, and view ‘integrated unit consumption comparative graphs.
A KE spokesperson stated that the organisation aims to provide state-of–the-art solutions to its consumers. He also reiterated that KE has 30 customer care centres across its citywide network, and has call centres that offer an excellent customer care experience. He further stated that KE is also ready to tackle other pressing challenges, such as climate change.
