Lahore: Commissioner Lahore and Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General (DG), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, jointly announced on Thursday that the possession of plots in Jinnah Sector C Block is scheduled to be handed over this Saturday. According to the details, the upcoming possession distribution will mark the first phase, encompassing over 1,500 plots in C Block. These plots, varying in size from 5 to 10 marlas and one to two kanals, will be granted to the rightful owners. A crucial meeting, presided over by Commissioner Lahore, was convened to deliberate on the pivotal matter of granting possession of plots in LDA City’s Jinnah Sector, C-Block.
Spread over 1,200 kanals, C-Block boasts diverse facilities, including a park, sports complex, cricket stadium, and other amenities. Noteworthy progress has been made in constructing Chenab Road’s tower, with finishing touches underway, and the facilitation centre advancing rapidly.

The two high-ranking officials affirmed that advertisements will soon be released to acquire the remaining lands in the Jinnah Sector. They emphasised that, in adherence to the directives of the Punjab CM, the administrative concerns regarding LDA City’s plots have been successfully addressed.
