Ambassador Knuninori told the minister that Pakistan exported its agricultural products to several countries and those countries depended on Pakistan for fruits, rice, and similar natural foods. He said that Japan had already been involved in various projects in Pakistan and would be willing to invest in the agriculture sector too. He said that Pakistan exported vegetables and fruits to Japan but the quantity was limited and could not meet the demands of the Japanese market — especially the supply of mangoes.
