Peshawar: The provincial housing authority in its meeting on Wednesday decided to re-determine the prices of plots in Jalozai Housing Scheme — a news source reported. The decision was taken during the authority’s 22nd meet chaired by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Minister Dr Amjad Ali.

The session further discussed the matter of providing land to Rescue 1122 services in the housing scheme. An area of 2 kanals is under consideration for the purpose. The members also discussed the allotment of plots as per a quota system; however, the majority disagreed with this proposal.
In addition, the meeting discussed the prospects of leasing out the Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA)’s green areas.

The matter of balloting for officials of Grade 17 and higher in the Hayatabad High-rise apartments also came under discussion. It was decided that an additional 86 flats will be balloted electronically.
