Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has sent bidding documents for the Twin Tower project on Jail Road to six construction companies, according to a news source. These companies were shortlisted in the prequalification round, which was conducted some months ago. The companies will submit their bids on November 9.
The shortlisted firms are Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd, Mughal Construction, Guarantee Engineering, Izhar Group, Amanat Construction and MAKSONS Pakistan. Among these companies, the contract will be awarded to the firm that will offer the cheapest bid for the construction of the mega Twin Tower project.
According to LDA’s estimates, the construction cost of the project is expected to be PKR 3.43 billion.
