In this post, I would like to provide you all some concrete information about the important aspects of this housing society. We appreciate that Mr Muhammad Anwar from Trust Deals took the time to enlighten us with his insight into the society and provided us the information we needed.
Located at 7km from Thokar Niaz Baig on Mohlanwal Road, Izmir Town may not be as famous or popular as Defence Housing Authority or Bahria Town, but the society has in fact shown promising developments, making it one of the most sought after localities in the outskirts of Lahore.
Izmir Town lies past DHA EME Sector, Green Forts 2, and P&D Housing Society on Mohlanwal Road. It provides you with all the basic amenities you would expect to see in a reputed housing society.
Possession has been handed over in Izmir Town, and people are in fact enjoying living there. According to Mr Anwar, almost 60% to 70% of the area is developed, and he deems it a locality that investors should also consider.
Currently, the value of 5- and 10-marla and 1-kanal plots in Izmir Town hovers around Rs 3 million to 3.5 million, Rs 4.5 million to Rs 5 million, and Rs 9 million to 10 million respectively, according to Mr Anwar. These figures explicitly tell the tale of the society’s success, and we should expect to see these numbers getting even better in future.
We haven’t learned of any incidents of litigation in the society so far, which I think is one of the most promising traits of the society, considering the fact that it has been developed by a private developer.
