The ground breaking ceremony of this isolation centre was performed by Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on March 26. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Frontier Works Organisation (FWO), and the National Institute of Health (NIH) are constructing this isolation center on a turnkey basis.
The construction work is underway by FWO teams round-the-clock. The site of the project is exercising all coronavirus prevention measures to operationalise the hospital at the earliest possible time.
