Islamabad – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa conducted a detailed inspection of the ongoing work on various sections of the Islamabad Expressway on Thursday, as reported on July 12.

According to the details, chairman CDA emphasised the need for early completion of the development work while maintaining high standards. Randhawa highlighted the importance of initiating plantation and landscape work around the expressway to ensure the area is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. He directed the immediate submission of a landscape plan to facilitate this. “Work on this project was completed at a record speed during the last two months,” Chairman CDA stated. He urged that the remaining construction should continue at this brisk pace. Despite previous delays, the project is now on track for completion, marking a significant phase of development for Islamabad’s infrastructure.
