Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Capt Mohammad Usman Younis on Tuesday (August 23) inaugurated another hiking trail in Islamabad, news sources reported. The newly opened Trail 7 will start in Sector C-12 and end at Kanthla Village.

According to reports, the chairman visited the trail and stated that one of his top priorities is to make Islamabad greener and more ecologically friendly. Later, he inspected the under-construction Margalla Avenue, which runs from G.T. Road to Sector D-12. He was informed that the project is 80% complete, with the remaining work to be completed in the next few months. The chairman ordered the project to be completed on time to provide relief to the citizens. He also inquired about the status of the Margalla Road, which runs from Murree Road near Quaid-i-Azam University to Jugi Halt in Bhara Kahu. He asked for the project to be expedited so that it could be completed within the four-month deadline set by the prime minister.

It is worth noting that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has issued orders to complete the Bhara Kahu Project and open it to traffic within the next four months.
