Lahore: Iqbal Avenue Cooperative Housing Society has announced the date for Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a publication. The notice informs the society members that the AGM for 2018 will be held on 13th January, 2019 at 11 AM in Iqbal Avenue Society Phase 1 Main Park near Shaukat Khanum Hospital, Lahore. All the members have been requested to be present at the meeting.
The agenda of the AGM includes review of the progress on the decisions made in the previous AGM. The audit report for year 2017-18 will be reviewed, while the budget for year 2018-18 will be reviewed and approved.
Progress will be reviewed for the Phase IV of Iqbal Avenue Society and decisions regarding ballot and future strategy will be made. Decision on approval of the construction of mosque in Phase III will also be made.
