Gujranwala: The installation of 30 water filtration plants in the kachi abadis of the city has begun with the collaboration of the World Bank, a news source reported. These filtration plants will be installed at Jandiala Baghwala, Fareed Town, Pasrur Road, Bilal Masjid Nursery Chowk, and Gulzar Colony among other places.
According to details, work on installation has begun with the efforts of Mayor Municipal Corporation Sheikh Sarwat Ikram, in collaboration with World Bank. These filtration plans will provide clean drinking water to residents of kachi abadis around the city.
