Multan: Multan Deputy Commissioner Amir Khattak has invited the industrialists to play their role in the beautification projects for a cleaner, greener and more beautiful city, a news source reported. He was speaking to the major industrialists in meeting held at Circuit House yesterday (March 12).

While addressing the members, Khattak said that the city administration is keen on moving the bus stands to the city’s outskirts to add to its beautification. He also announced reviving the food street project but later on brought up the government’s budget constraints for completion of the project on its own. He shared various proposals to the industrialists so as to benefit from their offered assistance.

The commissioner offered the industrialists of utilization of the areas they help beautify for advertisement purposes. He also mentioned that being responsible citizens, ‘it is our responsibility to work on the city’s beautification plans shared by the respective authorities’.
