Gilgit: The increasing number of tourists heading to Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) has helped the region’s hotel industry grow, a news source quoted GB Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman. Rehman shared the information in a meeting held with Lahore Walled City Director General Kamran Lashari.
Rehman also mentioned that work on infrastructural development projects worth PKR 150 billion is underway. In addition to that the 5-year tax exemption granted to GB’s private sector is also helping the province do better in terms of resource management.
